Import data

Your Amazon data syncs every hour on its own. Use this to bring in older history, your cost of goods (including Sellerboard's cost export) or reports from another account. Re-importing is safe; nothing gets counted twice.

1. Amazon Transaction report

  1. In Seller Central, go to Reports → Payments → Date Range Reports.
  2. Click Generate Report, pick Transaction, choose the dates, then Generate.
  3. When it's ready, download the CSV and drop it here. You can pick several files at once.

2. Amazon All Orders report

Puts every sale on the day it was ordered (not the day Amazon paid it) and counts orders Amazon hasn't paid yet, so today's numbers aren't empty.

  1. In Seller Central, go to Reports → Fulfillment → All Orders.
  2. Pick Order Date and Exact dates (30 days at a time), then Request Download.
  3. Drop the files here. You can pick several at once.

3. FBA customer returns

Units that came back sellable go back in stock, so their cost of goods comes back too.

  1. In Seller Central, go to Reports → Fulfillment → Customer returns.
  2. Pick Exact dates, then Request .txt Download.

4. Cost of goods (optional)

Any CSV with a SKU column and a cost column. Sellerboard's product export works as-is. You can also type costs on the Products page.
